Our Wines

 

Otter Valley Winery opened its doors in the spring of 2011. Our first year we were able to produce 3 delicious wines and are making 6 (even better!) wines over this winter. We can't wait to share them with you in 2012!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our 2010 Boston Bull is semi - sweet and easy drinking. Fermented using a special yeast to extract fruit forward flavors. This wine was aged in stainless steel for nine months. It goes well with braised chicken, sushi and other oriental dishes, poultry, pork.

Our 2010 Chardonnay was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. It is a dry wine that goes well with poultry and game birds, veal and pork, fish and pasta preparations which feature cream and/or butter, as well as mushrooms.

Our Pink Moose is a  red wine that was aged in French oak barrels for nine months. This vibrant young wine is easy to drink and agable up to 5 years in bottle. Loaded with notes and flavors of red berries. Goes very well with red meats, flavorful and heartier (red) pastas, lamb, strong-flavored cheese, and chocolates (especially dark).
